Submitting an on-line application to join Homeland Realty Corporation (HLR) is fast and easy. If you have all required information on hand (please see list of required information below), most applications take less than ten minutes.

You will need access to a printer to print and save a copy of the Homeland Realty Corporation's Associate Agreement. HLR suggests that you keep a printed copy of this agreement.

By clicking “I Agree” at the end of the application process, you affirmatively consent to receive from HLR documentation in electronic form that HLR may legally be required to provide you in writing.

You will be asked to accept HLR’s Associate Agreement.

 Your application will not be submitted to HLR for consideration until you click the “I Agree” button at the 
   end of the application process. You can “Exit” the application process at any time to stop the application
   process. You are not authorized to sell any product, earn any commission on any product, or solicit other
   individuals to join HLR until:

1. Your application is accepted by HLR. You will be notified by email when your application is accepted.
2. You are required to obtain necessary licenses from your home state to do business with HLR.

Prior to beginning this on line application, please make sure you have the following information available:

1. Your Social Security Number. By Federal Law, HLR must maintain social security numbers for persons to whom HLR makes disbursement. The number you provide must correspond to your legal last name. 

2. Background information. If you have derogatory statements in your background, you are required to submit documents of discharge.

3. Credit Card Information. You will be asked to pay a non-refundable $200 administrative services fee as part of the application. Please have a Visa, Master MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Paypal information available. The name and address information on the credit card must match your name and address.
